01/04/07. Terrific Thursday VRB Games. J.Ginsbach’s Plaza, St.
Louis Park LTF. Courts 1-3. 1900-2115. The Golden
Tricycle Champion Big Dan Lefty came to play tonight VRB folks! In game number
one, he gutted out a tough narrow victory over Doc MM by the score of 13-11,
with heckler Chad Righty sitting in the Pundits front row seats heckling away!
Both racquetball warriors had their chances, however Big DL played better and
tougher at the end to gut out a 13-11 inaugural victory! Big DL 13, Doc MM 11.
In game number two, Doc MM mixed up
his photon drives and deep lobs well and won 11-7 by pinning Big DL deep with
missile passes and deep serves. The VRB fans yelled, "To the tiebreaker game
number three here we go!" Doc MM 11, Big DL 7.
In the tiebreaker game number three,
Doc MM got nothing offensive going and Big DL pounded high percentage deep
passes and several incredible gets to win easily 11-3 to reclaim his GT! Long
live the GT Champ Big DL exclaims the VRB fans! Big DL 11, Doc MM 3.
Big Joel Warrior: Wow, isn’t that
twice in a row that Big Dan Lefty defended the Trike successfully?
Fireball Mark: Yeah, that’s twice in
a row! Next week, if I play this double elimination right, I might have a crack
at Big Dan Lefty myself!
Other Games:
Chad Righty crowded his way to a win over Big DL 11-5 and also
a victory over Doc MM 11-6.
Doc MM fought back in their second game to defeats Chad Right
11-4. …….

8!....Fireball Mark played some excellent high percentage racquetball tonight!
Doc MM 11, JW 5……Doc MM 11, Justin Righty 4…JR was drive
serving very well, but his unorthodox method of hardly going back to the box
cost him easy points because he allowed Doc MM to easily pass him with pass
returns………….Doc MM 11, Justin Right 4.
….Earlier….Doc MM and JW went to
court #3 to play and there was young juggler juggling some bowling pin…Some
words were exchanged…It was a good thing JW held his tongue, JW said that he
wanted to say, "Here, I didn’t know that the circus was in town!"…Doc MM
humorously told FM and the guys, "Be careful, those jugglers are dangerous
people, they juggles knives don’t they? Joel better be careful lest he finds
himself dead face down butt naked in the parking lot with several bowling pin
juggling stuffed up his you know what!"…..Joel was walking out and said,
"Anybody else going out with me to the parking lot??"……
Sidenote: No J.Wilinski, No
Wisibushi Lefty, No Uma Lefty and No Stacy Holland?? Where are all of these
racquetball warriors?
