2/01/07. Thunderous Thursday VRB Games. Linda McDonald’s Towers, St. Louis Park LTF. 1900-2130.

Big Joel Warrior was on fire tonight! Big JW downed Doc MM in two straight with his evil high diabolical Z-lobs into the left abyss 11-6 and 11-2!

Doc MM: I got absolutely nothing on the return, I hit a deep ceiling, he kills it from 39.9998 feet!!

….Thus, Big JW got a chance to win the GT from Big Dan Lefty! The first game, Big DL got the best of JW in a racquetball slugfest and Big DL won their first racquetball fisticuffs by the score of 11-7….However, JW came back like an evil Asian tsunami and won game number two by the score of 11-7!....

VRB fans: Jesus Rice! Joel has yet another chance to win the GT from the strong grips of Big Dan Lefty! A tiebreaker here we come!

In the tiebreaker, JW played well early on, but he couldn’t sustain his offensive attacks and Big DL took over with his ballistic missile forehand killshots and backhand rips to win 11-5 to successfully defend the GT for a whole week!! Congrats Big DL!

Heckler Chad Righty: Man Marcus, Big Joel had the GT in his grasp, it just slips out of his hands like a slippery 6’5" sunny! Hahaha!

Other Games:

JW defeats New rooky Chad Righty in two straight dishing up the same evil diabolical Z-lobs into the left abyss that he spoon fed Doc MM earlier in the night!....Friends just don’t do this to friends JW!!

The heckler Chad Righty defeats Big DL two out of three, but he doesn’t qualify for the GT because he doesn’t have enough games under his belt and plus, he crowds alittle too much still…In due time maybe?

Rooky CR 11, Doc MM 9….Doc MM ripped 4 drive aces and still lost the game!

Big DL 11, Doc MM 8.

Even though Doc MM lost most of his games tonight, he stuck to his drive serves throughout the night and it pay dividends against the hapless rooky Justin Righty….Doc MM gave JR as donut in their last game! Doc MM won 11-1, 11-7 and 11-0! Ouch!

Sidenote: Big Paul Righty, Old Mike Righty, and another elder racquetball player played doubles for a long time in the fish tank.

Sidenote #2: No Fireball Mark and no Uma?
