Cut Throat
A variation of racquetball that allows three players to compete
against one another. The server plays against a team of two
receivers. The double team must follow double rules, where the
doubles team only gets one hit per shot. When the server loses
service, they can either use a substitution system of replacement or
move clockwise or counter-clockwise.
This author suggests the
substitution method because it is easier to apply with three players
on the court and having to remember which way is clockwise and which
way is counter clockwise and which direction the players agreed on
in the first place? Go the substitution route, it’s easier and every
player gets a chance to play both sides as well.
