Junk Balls
  1. Stand about six feet from the backwall and in the middle of the court and hit Around the Walls Balls (AWBs) and relocate each time. 5 times.
     
  2. Stand about four feet from the left sidewall and on the first solid red line and hit Z-Balls with your backhand and relocate each time. 5 times.
     
  3. Stand about four feet from the right sidewall and on the first solid red line and hit Z-Balls with your forehand and relocate each time. 5 times.

 

Racquet Control

  1. Stand about four feet from the right sidewall and using your forehand stroke, hit the ball on the right sidewall and walk from front right corner to deep right corner.
     
  2. Stand about four feet from the left sidewall and using your backhand stroke, hit the ball on the left sidewall and walk from front left corner to deep left corner.
     
  3. Stand about four feet from the left sidewall and hit the ball on the left sidewall at heights of one foot, two feet, three feet and up and down, maintaining racquet control throughout the exercise.
     
  4. Stand about four feet from the right sidewall and hit the ball on the right sidewall at heights of one foot, two feet, three feet and up and down, maintaining racquet control throughout this exercise.
