Pass Drills
 

 
  1. Stand about five feet from the right sidewall and on the short line. Drop the ball and hit down the line pass, cross court pass, and wide angled pass. Relocate each time. 25 times.
     
  2. Stand about five feet from the right sidewall and on the dotted line. Drop the ball and hit down the line pass, cross court pass and wide angled pass. Relocate each time. 25 times.
     
  3. Stand about five feet from the right sidewall and about one foot from the backwall. Drop the ball and hit down the line pass, cross court pass and wide angled pass. Relocate each time. 25 times.
     
  4. Do the same on the left sidewall. Remember to relocate each time. 25 times.

 

Ceiling Drills

  1. Stand about five feet from the right sidewall and about a foot from the backwall. Bounce the ball and hit down the line and cross court ceiling. Relocate. 10 times.
     
  2. Do the same drill from the left sidewall.
