visualize the balls coming off of the backwall and getting yourself into
position and hitting high percentage shots. Do sets of three and make
sure to work on quality shots versus quantity shots.

going for a bunch of sloppy shots and make sure to relocate with big
efficient quick steps.

footwork and relocating and watching the opponent’s return. Do sets of
three different serves at a time.
Go into an empty court by yourself without racquet and ball and
visualizing hitting the perfect deep soft lofty ceiling shots and do
sets of four and vary with down the line and cross court ceiling shots.
