High Elbow Drive Serve

 

  1. Slow down the entire service motion by using a shorter first step and to synchronize massive legs into the ball.

  2. Prepare the tossing hand at an angle for an angled toss.

  3. Toss the ball further away for maximum extension=maximum power.

  4. Use a natural high elbow flowing ERP.

  5. Visualize front wall targets to angle ball into back corners.

  6. Hit the ball at V = -1, -2 … on the ball downward descend.

  7. Time racquet/ball contact with V=0, 1st, 2nd steps, ERP path, and eyes on the ball.

  8. Stay low and level throughout.

  9. Hit the ball flat and level completely through with complete confident

  10. Believe and visual the serve before you even hit it.
