Footwork for your serve

In order to keep your opponent on their toes while
returning your drive serves, we suggest using three major different
types of footwork.
(1)
The regular diagonal
two-step (used by today's pros)
(2)
A modification
of the above - where you would take a step sideway towards one of the
sidewall, and then stride forward with the lead foot
(3)
A normal
forehand stance: take two tiny steps and blast the ball like a
normal forehand.
You could even go with a hybrid fourth footwork by
modifying the first footwork and just step straight ahead, instead of
diagonally. Or modify the second footwork by adding an extra step to
transposes into the first footwork sequence.
All these different footwork patterns will diversify
your service attack and make your drive service more variable,
assertive, and enjoyable.
