Attacking Defense
Ball Retrieval

You have to either pin them deep with defensive high zone shots or finish frontcourt setups to show your opponent that you have the ability to retrieve and put away setups. When you have the willingness to "go for it," even if you miss, you add a crucial psychological element to the game. Let yourself be free to just move and hit, striving for the best shot you can manage under the circumstances, whatever your technique.

Your ability to retrieve many balls and a mental attitude of "you better roll it out or else I’ll get to it," will increase the pressure on your opponent three folds to execute their shots with near perfection and slowly wears them out like the Raiders Attacking Defense did to the visiting New York Jets team tonight in Oakland, California.

Don’t just play ball. Play hard ball! Get to everything, make your opponent beat you and wear them down with continual pressure from every direction, attack at every available opportunity! Play an active attacking defense!
