  2. Bounce ball to at least chest high

  3. Bend your knees and come underneath the ball

  4. Take a small step in the direction of the front wall target

  5. Hit at three fourth power and with a relatively stiff wrist

  6. Eyes on the ball

  7. Relax mentally and hit the ball at V=0
