Super Dave informed McClayson last week that a small vocal group of
business college students rated McClayson’s website poor in writing and
substance and blasted McClayson for his shameless self promotion. But
their opinion is not important because for one major thing, they are not
elite racquetball athletes, below are some opinions from the Tour’s
elite racquetball athletes that hold some water and actually has any
merits:
Mike Davis, Elite RB and Squash Athlete:
I think Marcus McClayson
is an excellent writer and I love his work of fiction and non-fiction.
These college kids know nothing about the racquetball enthusiast behind
the website. His website is an excellent source of racquetball
information and a does much to promote this great sport of ours!
Velocity Mike, Elite RB Athlete, a recent squash convert and winner
many times over of several consecutive Highway 100 ‘A/Open’ leagues:
McClayson’s website is a testament to the fact that a good racquetball
player can also be good at putting his knowledge and wisdom gleaned from
the pros and Fran Davis’s camps onto pad and paper. We should all be
glad he has the gift of sport and of pen and paper, because the world is
a colder and less interesting place without the colorful RB personality
tour de force known as the incorrigible McClayson!

I love McClayson the man, the racquetball player, and the writer of many
fantastically helpful articles on his marvelous website. He sets high
standard of racquetball enthusiasm, skills, and he push all of us fellow
elite amateur RB athlete to do the same and I think that’s just
wonderful! Without McClayson and his magnificent website, many of us
would be mindless drones on those damned boring exercise machines!
